This place is a perfect base for exploring the Mourne Mountains! After a long day of hiking, we loved relaxing here. The restaurant's food was top-notch. the steak sandwiches were a highlight. Staff were just lovely, making us feel right at home.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available in the hotel. It would be great if the kids could have a space to play.

I had a lovely stay at Kilmorey Arms. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The standard family room was spacious, giving my kids plenty of room to play. The decor had a charming old-world feel, which I appreciated. The food was a real highlight. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. I especially enjoyed the cooked offerings. One downside was the air conditioning units outside the room—they were quite noisy at night, which disrupted my sleep. The bathroom could use some updates, as some fixtures seemed outdated. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall warmth of the staff and quality of the meals made it a delightful experience.

Just returned from an awesome trip with friends! We used this place as our base while hiking at the National Trust sites and Royal County Down Golf Course, just 15 minutes away. Great dining and friendly staff made the stay even better. Secure parking is a bonus.
One evening we had an issue with the slow service at dinner, which was frustrating.
